Upgrade/Downgrade Plans on Store

This guide will show you how to switch between different plans in the SureMembers store.

For example, if you are currently on a Pro plan of SureMembers and want to switch to a Business or Agency plan instead, you can do it by yourself. Just go to your SureMembers dashboard and follow a few simple steps to change your current plan.

Here are the steps that you need to follow:

  • Click on “Billing.” This will take you to a page with info about your Subscriptions, Payment Methods, and Order History.
  • On the Billing page, you’ll find all your SureMembers subscriptions. Click on the Subscription you want to upgrade.
  • You will be taken to the next page where you will find the Current Plan and Update plan details.
  • Next, under the Update plan section, choose the plan you wish to upgrade to and click on Next button.
  • The next page will show you details about the new plan. There will be a summary at the bottom that explains how much you need to pay.

If you’re okay with everything, confirm it. The amount you need to pay will be charged to your payment method, which you’ll see above the “Total Due” section.

That’s it! You have successfully upgraded your plan to the higher plan. You can follow the same steps to downgrade your plan and choose the lower plan.
